Find a place to sit down and relax and remember to respect guests with total silence while inside.

In this workshop, we will explore the concept of alexithymia, or the experience of being unable to identify, express, or understand emotions, and learn some basic tools for overcoming this hurdle.

And yet, we are rarely taught the how and why of these 3 major contributors to healthy communication. In this workshop, we will learn and practice enforcing our boundaries and attaining authentic and enthusiastic consent as methods of conflict management and non-violent communication.
The space Is a quiet room for adults (18+) designed to provide a peaceful retreat from the intensity of larger con spaces. With low lighting, chill music, and cozy décor, the space encourages consensual engagement like relaxed conversations, platonic touch, and emotional decompression.
